Come volunteer at Clay County Dog Rescue! Whether you're located in Tennessee or Pennsylvania, we need your help to keep our rescue alive.

          + Volunteer at the rescue:

To save as many lives as possible, we need a lot of help. We welcome volunteers at our rescue seven days per week, anytime between 11:00 am - 9:00 pm. Whether you are able to come three times per week, three times per month, three times per year...or anywhere in between, we value your support in caring for our pups. To join our team as a volunteer, please contact us via email, facebook message, or phone and we can discuss a schedule and how you are interested in helping.

          + Volunteer at our Pennsylvania adoption events:

​

Once per month, we load up our adoptable dogs and travel north to Lancaster, PA and hold adoption events at That Fish Place/That Pet Place. We can use as many volunteers as we can get to help our dogs find loving homes. Adoption events are held on Saturdays and Sundays on the scheduled weekends, from 10:00am - 4:00pm each day. To volunteer at these events, simply check our Events page and show up at 9:30am on the day(s) you are able to volunteer! We meet at the back of the building (address below) to set up, and you will be able to fill out any necessary paperwork at that time.
